Benechim capacity : The material is controlled in a laboratory which is well-equipped with GC and HPLC. An experimental work-shop is also equipped for perfecting production process. 1• Equipment of hall 1 for production according to the EN ISO 9001 : 2000 regulations 19 reactors (in stainless steel or glass lined) with a total capacity of 50.000 litres, 4 centrifuges (including one in URANUS). Different equipment used for filtering, grinding and drying 2• Equipment of hall 2 for production according to the EN ISO 9001 : 2000 and GMP regulations 6 glass lined reactors with a total capacity of 32.000 L. 2 centrifuges in AISI 316 L Different equipments for filtering, grinding and drying 3• Future potential capacities The new building has a construction structure that will permit the equipment of hall 3 and 4 in the coming years. The company hopes to expand it's operations by a further 60.000 L capacity.
