This project and the new objectives have to take into account the evolution of the market. We have carried out an comprehensive study and have opted for a structure which is geared to future growth, wich from the outset will enable us to expand the site progressively in line with our needs.
We have constructed an easily accessible rigid central structure using a technique based on a mix of metal and concrete on which a series of individual units have been installed at different levels, wich are also rigid to bear the weight of the reactors and the material.

The unit as a whole has been housed underneath a metal framework covered with light-weight insulating panels. The basic configuration is the central structure which is 42 m long, 8 m wide and 22 m high, with on one side a unit for offices with measures of 6 m by 12 m, behind which there are 3 production units each measuring 12 m by 12 m on the ground floor.
Initially only the first part has been equipped, namely with 4 reactors of 4500 L, 2 crystallizing dishes of 6300 L and 2 dryers.
The 2 other units will be equipped in line with needs and each of them will be capable of taking material with a capacity of 2 x 10.000 L per unit and 4 x 6300 L per unit.

Based on a central structure with several levels which can accomodate different production units to be added progressively.

The production units can be adapted to our requirements.
The roof and facades covering the structure are made from prefabricated insulating sections which can be readily dismandled.
